How it works

We have a multi-step adoption screening process including this application, a phone interview and a home visit.

Adoption fees

An adoption fee of $350 is required at the time of adoption. This fee helps to defray the costs of veterinary care and foster care expenses.

The fee is lowered to $200 for dogs over 7 yrs of age.

The application

This application below is requested for your benefit. Please take the time to fill it out as completely as you can. All information will be kept in strict confidence and will help us to place the right dog with the right family. Completion and submittal does not, however, guarantee that you will be eligible to adopt a Vizsla.
