About the artist
John Rotherham is a well established artist out of England whose work concentrates primarily on portraiture and has been exhibited in London, New York, Paris and Singapore. His portrait commissions can be found all over the world, in the homes and businesses of his many clients. A German Shorthaired Pointer owner and lover himself, he innately and especially captures the essence of all pointing breeds in such pieces. He currently teaches representational painting and drawing and can be observed working on his various commissions at his studio, Bowland Atelier, which is located in Ribble Valley, Lancashire.

How the online raffle works:
- Purchase tickets here (via credit card, incurs CC fee).
- Or, to avoid CC fees, use the venmo payment method on checkout and follow instructions in your email for payment.
- Your order will be completed once payment is received.
- Once tickets are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers and will also be given the matching numbered physical tickets at the show.
- Tickets will continue to be sold at the show if not sold out online.
- Winners will be drawn at the show (Sunday, May 19)
- Winning items will be available for pickup at the show in Somers, CT (unless item is an new order from vendor that will be drop-shipped directly to winner). Items may also be shipped (winners to pay actual shipping charges or make other shipping/pickup arrangements)
- All proceeds will go to the Wicked Event Fund.
Please note:
- These items have a minimum and a maximum for ticket sales in order to have winners.
- Once you purchase your tickets, here or offline via an email/venmo and payment is processed, the available/sold ticket quantities will be updated online, and you will receive an email with your ticket numbers.
- The printed versions of your purchased ticket will be available at the show and will be added to the “jar” for draw the winner.
- If a minimum isn’t reached, the item will be removed (it maybe re-listed with new minimums) OR, You will receive an email notification/request where you will have an option to get a refund for ticket purchase, or to donate your ticket purchase partially or fully.
