How the prize drawings work:

  • Click on each prize image above to purchase tickets (no limit on # of tickets per person).
  • Pay for your tickets via credit/debit card. Or, to avoid CC fees, use the “Other/Venmo” payment method on checkout and follow instructions for payment.
  • Your order will be completed once payment is received.
  • Once tickets are purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket numbers.
  • Winners will be drawn automatically at the end date & time.
  • Winning items will be sent to winner directly. The Ruffland crate will need separate pick up or shipping arrangements). The cooler will be purchased and shipped directly from Amazon.
  • All ticket proceeds will go to the VCCNE (a 501 c3, charitable entity).

Please note:

  • Each item has a minimum of 75 and a maximum 100 tickets sales in order to have winners.
  • Once you purchase your tickets and payment is processed, the available/sold ticket quantities will be updated automatically, and you will receive an email with your ticket numbers and a PDF files of the actual tickets.
  • If the minimum isn’t reached by closing date, the drawing may be cancelled (or, we might choose to re-listed or extend it with new minimums). If cancelled, you will receive an email notification/request where you will have an option to get a refund for ticket purchase, or to donate your ticket purchase partially or fully to the VCCNE (a tax deductible donation letter will be sent to you in this case).
